This recall involves certain Camplux brand portable tankless water heaters with model numbers AY132, BD158, BW211, BW264, and BW422, with the following sizes and manufacturing dates: Model Product Details Manufacture Date AY132 5L 1.32 GPM 34,000 btu/hr On or before September 17, 2021 BD158 6L 1.58 GPM 41,000 btu/hr On or before November 17, 2021 BW211 8L 2.11 GPM 55,000 btu/hr On or before November 17, 2021 BW264 12.8L 2.64 GPM 68,000 btu/hr On or before November 17, 2021 BW422 16L 4.22 GPM 110,000 btu/hr On or before December 20, 2021 These water heaters were designed and intended for outdoor use with an attached propane tank to quickly heat water for showering or other hot water needs. The water heaters were sold in white, black, and silver/gray colors. The "Camplux" logo is printed on the front of the unit. The product label is located on the side of the unit and includes the model, size and other product details, serial numbers, and brand information. Consumers will be directed to take a photograph of the label on their Camplux water heater product and send to Camplux to confirm that they have a recalled water heater to receive the replacement gas regulator. This recall involves wall-mounted, folding shower seats made of teak wood slats joined together by support rods that extend from two wall-mounting brackets. The recalled Tilt-Up Bath & Shower Seats have model numbers SBS-101BN, SBS-101PN, SBS-101PC or SBS-101ORB and have brushed nickel, polished nickel, polished chrome or oil-rubbed bronze finishes on the support rods and bracket covers. This recall involves gas-fired hot water residential boilers with brand names Dunkirk, Utica Boilers, Utica Heating, Pennco, Green Mountain and Columbia and with model numbers DXL-K, MGB-K, UH15B-K, 15B-K, GMGW-K, or MCB-K respectively. The boilers are blue and/or gray in color, 32 inches tall, 13 to 27 inches wide and 26 inches deep. This recall involves JacuzziJ-200, J-300, J-400 and J-500 collection hot tubs and Sundance Spas 680, 780, 880 and 980 Series spas. The model number and serial number are engraved into a silver plate in the equipment bay of the hot tub. This recall involves Target's Room Essentials Shower Stools. The white shower stools measure 18 inches tall and have a three-legged aluminum frame and a plastic curved seat. The Room Essentials logo and item number 064-20-1091 are printed on the front of the product's hangtag. Read more.

This recall involves MAAX Spas hot tubs and swim spas containing a Delta UV generator. The generator is used to sanitize the water and plumbing inside the hot tub or swim spa. The generator's model number is EA-4H-5. The model numbers for the hot tubs and swim spas are: 461; 470; 471; 472; 480; 481; 482; 780; 781; 5200; 5300; 5400; 5600; 7000; 7500; 8000; 8500; 9000; DT6; ENV; ES; ESX; GRD; LT6; MON; MT6; NUG; PRS; RB4; RL4; RS1; RS2; XB4; XL4; XSD; XSL; XSP; and XSR. The model name is the first 3 or 4 digits of the hot tub or swim spa serial number, and is engraved into a silver plate on the lower right or lower left corner of the front side of the hot tub or swim spa. This recall involves Nutrilife Plant Products one-gallon/four-liter bottles of hydrogen peroxide (H202) liquid 29% oxidizer which is used as a source of oxygen for water, a preservative for fresh cut flowers, and to keep unwanted nutrient residuals clear in reservoirs, drippers and dripper lines. The plastic bottles are white with a blue/green label with a handle at the top. The Nutrilife logo, H202, Liquid 29% Oxidizer and "An Oxygen Source for Water" are printed on the front label. This recall involves Glacier Bay and Schön brand touchless kitchen faucets that allow the user to waive a hand in front of a sensor to start and stop the flow of water, a pull-down sprayer head with a white LED light and a single handle to manually turn the water on and off. The touchless feature is powered by four 1.5V batteries installed into a battery box connected to the faucet. The Glacier Bay faucets include a matching soap dispenser. Glacier Bay is printed on the base of the Glacier Bay faucets. Schön is printed on the base of the Schön faucets. The Glacier Bay faucets were sold in chrome, Mediterranean bronze and stainless steel. The Schön faucets were sold in chrome and stainless steel. The model number and the manufacturing date are printed on the faucet's black piping that connects the faucet to the kitchen's water pipe under the sink. Manufacturing dates are the YY-MM-DD format, e.g. 14-10-29 was manufactured on October 29, 2014. This recall involves Cash Acme Heatguard® brand Temperature Actuated Flow Reducing (TAFR) devices. The Heatguard® TAFR is a metal, cylindrical-shaped thermostatic device used on lavatory faucets and showers. TAFR flow reducers sense high temperature water and reduce water flow if the temperature achieves 120° F (49° C). These devices may be used in private and public housing, child care centers, hospitals, hotels and motels. This recall involves John Wood brand 50- and 70-gallon oil-fired water heaters. The 50-gallon water heaters have model number JW517 and serial numbers from 1349A021678 through 1503A016643. The 70-gallon water heaters have model number JW717 and serial numbers from 1421M001517 through 436M000040. The water heaters are gray with "John Wood" printed in blue and white near the top. The model number, size and serial numbers are printed on the rating plate near the top of the tank. Only oil-fired water heaters are included in this recall. Read more.
