Recalls: Battery Chargers

This recall involves LocknCharge iQ10 charging stations that allow users to charge and store multiple tablet computers. The charging stations are metal cubes about 16 inches tall x about 16 inches wide x about 12 ½ inches long and have two doors on the front. The cube has white sides with black doors and either a black or white top cover. The LocknCharge logo is on the sides of the cube. The charging stations came with a blue basket and a green basket with dividers that hold the devices to be charged. The baskets have a white handle with the LocknCharge logo on each side. The charging stations have two USB charging hubs under the top cover. Recalled charging stations have charging hubs with no batch code or that have batch codes that begin with 14L, 15B or 15C. This recall involves portable lithium polymer battery packs with model number T10400 that are used to charge USB-enabled smartphones, tablets and other USB-powered devices. The batteries are black or gray hand-held devices, 4 inches x 2.75 inches x 0.75 inches, with two USB outputs and four blue LED lights. PNY is laser-printed along the bottom on the front of the battery. Read more.

This recall involves the EFLC1105 E-flite Ultra Micro-4, 4x9W, AC/DC Battery Charger from E-flite. The charger has four independently functioning charge circuits with a LED status display. Each port can charge one 30-150mAh, 1S UM cell, a 1S MCPX cell, or one 120-300mAh 2S pack equipped with a JST-PH, 3-wire connector. The charger measures 5 inches tall by 7 inches wide by 1.5 inches deep. The charger is blue with a gray, black and blue faceplate with white and black type. "Eflite Celectra UMX-$ Battery Charger" is printed across the center of the charger. Read more.

This recall involves Fujitsu lithium ion battery packs sold or provided as replacement battery packs for the following Fujitsu notebook computers: Celsius H720 and LIFEBOOK E752, P701, P702, P770, P771, P772, S752, S762 and T580. The battery packs were also sold separately. The black battery packs measure about 8 inches long, 2 inches wide and about 0.8 inches high. Model number CP556150-1 including all serial numbers, and model number CP556150-2 with serial number range Z120102 through Z120512 are included in this recall. The model and serial numbers are printed on the white battery label. The notebook computer's model number is printed on a label on the bottom of the notebook. Read more.

This recall involves CleggPromo CPB-100 power banks, catalog item number 625401, which are used to provide emergency charging for portable electronic equipment. The recalled power banks are rectangular in shape with rounded corners and are about 3 1/2 inches long by 1 3/4 inches wide by 3/4 inches deep. The power banks are cream colored and have a silver panel on the top side with a white power button, four circles and the word "POWERBANK." The left end of the power bank has a standard USB port with the word "Out" above it and a power indicator LED light. The front side has a micro USB port with the word "In" below it. This recall involves wall chargers with USB cords that are used to charge the iPhone 5 and 5S. The chargers have a geometric print in mint green and peach colors. Style numbers CRGT-003 or CRGT-004 are printed on the UPC sticker on the back side of the package. "Charlotte Russe" and "USB Cord & Wall Charger for iPhone 5/5S" are printed on the packaging. Power Bank charger is a self-contained energy source used to charge cell phones and other devices when an electrical outlet is not available. The unit is rectangular in shape and measures approximately 3.6 inches long by 1 inch high by 1 inch wide. It has a white top and the sides are either black, dark blue, lime green, light blue, orange, pink, purple, red, white or yellow. On the white top of the charger in black letters are "OUT DC5V" and "IN DC5V". Units with a period after the lettering - reading "OUT DC5V." - are not involved in this recall. The name and/or logo of the organization that gave away the charger as a promotional item appears on the side of the power bank. Read more.

This recall involves Popkiller mini USB car charger power adapters, universal USB power adapters and 8-pin USB data sync charging cables. The car charger has model number HHT-001 located on the flat side of the charger below the USB port. The charger measures 2 inches tall and 1 inch in diameter at its widest point. The Universal USB Power adapter has model number A1265 printed directly above the plug blades on the grey surface. The adapter measures 1.5 inches at its longest point and 1 inch wide. There is no model number printed on the 8-pin USB charging cables. All of the recalled products are sold separately and come in the colors red, orange, green, blue, purple and pink. Read more.

This recall involves BRP Ski-Doo and Can-Am heated gloves and replacement Lithium-Ion rechargeable batteries. The gloves are only available in black and are sold with two lithium-ion rechargeable batteries and a charger. The gloves have either "ski-doo" or "can-am" on the pointer finger and on the wrist band of each glove. Both gloves come in size XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL. The battery pack is located on the zipped pouch on the wrist of each glove. Each battery is wrapped in white plastic with black writing which includes the warning information. The recalled product codes can be found on the label sewn inside of the gloves. Recalled product codes are 446247 for the Can-Am heated gloves, 446248 for the Ski-Doo heated gloves and 4880580001 for the two Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries that are sold separately. This recall involves chargers that were sold with the HP Chromebook 11. The charger is black with outlet pins, measures 1¾ inches by ¾ inches, and has a 6-foot long cord with a micro-USB connector on the end. The model number of the charger is MU15-N1052-A00S, which is stamped on the face of the battery charger that has the outlet pins. Read more.
