The recalled inflator pump has a blue body with a black handle, hose, and pressure gage. The pump is 5-inches (12.7 cm) high and weighs about 3 pounds. West Marine is printed on a white sticker on the top of the pump housing. A second label contains a "caution" statement along with Ho Lee Co., Ltd. and UL listing information. The manufacturer's model number HB-183BG and the date code 1203 are also on the label. Read more.

This recall involves Triax PK7 (model 8509-24) and Vertical PK7 (model 8596-71T) 20-inch aluminum cushion framed bicycles. The Triax model was manufactured between November 2005 and October 2006, and the Vertical model was manufactured between August 2004 and December 2004. The robes are 100 percent cotton chenille robes sold under the names "Quacker Factory Holiday Cheer Chenille Robe," with QVC item number A4623; "Quacker Factory Novelty Chenille Robe," with QVC item number A4629; and "Quacker Factory Whimsical Chenille Robe," with QVC item number A2202. Each robe has a product care label which has "Quacker Factory" and "100% cotton" on the front and the QVC item number on the back. Read more.

This recall involves Sky Squadron Model 4153 (sold at RadioShack) and Sky Rangers Model 4161 (sold at Wal-Mart) radio controlled airplanes with rechargeable lithium batteries. The airplanes have a wingspan of about 18- to 20-inches and a polystyrene foam fuselage. Model 4153 is a blue Corsair single engine airplane with a Number 15 decal and a black and blue transmitter/charger. Model 4161 is a red twin engine plane with an all-black transmitter/charger. The recall involves Radius Triple Clamps sold as an upgrade for use with a certain make and models of motocross motorcycles. The clamps are black in color and display the Universal logo on each end and the name "UNIVERSAL" on one side. They were ordered under part numbers 1025-40-0618 and 1025-40-0678. Read more.

The product is a green/silver infant back pack carrier made of heavy duty nylon with a lightweight steel frame. Only carriers with style number 2512 and 2592LX are included in the recall. Style numbers are printed on the metal frame of the product. The carrier has a 5-point safety harness, padded shoulder and hip straps, padded leg openings and heat support. The carrier also has a top canopy and large diaper bag which attaches to the frame. "Baby Trend" is printed on the back of the seat of the carrier. The recall involves Digital Security Controls FSA and FSB series photo-electric smoke detectors. They are wired directly into the building circuitry, and do not use a battery. The dome shaped units have a metal mesh covering around the smoke sensor. Read more.

This recall involves the Infantino SlingRider™ carriers with item numbers: 141-210; 151-210; 151-528; and 151-534. The SlingRider™ consists of a fabric carrier with a strap attached that is worn by the user to carry an infant up to 20 pounds. The carriers are sold in black or khaki. "Infantino" is printed on the plastic slider located on the strap. The item number is printed on a label inside the SlingRider.™ Products labeled "Made in Thailand" or "New 2007 Design" are not included in the recall. Read more.

This recall involves Laars 9600 CB Condensing Heating Boilers and Laars 9600 HWG Condensing Water Heaters with black vent pipe/tubing. The recalled boilers are used to generate hot water for heating systems including baseboards or radiant flooring. The recalled water heaters generate hot water for use in homes, such as showers, sinks and dishwashers. "Mark II" and "9600 CB" or "9600 HWG" are printed on the front of the boilers and water heaters. The model number and BTU size are printed on the right side of the unit. This recall involves model CTK-710 of the Casio® 61-key full-size electronic musical keyboards. The size of the keyboard is 37-11/16-inches by 14-1/16-inches by 5-1/4 inches. Products with serial numbers ranging from 7030001 through 7040400 and 7041901 through 7043500 are included in this recall. Only Amprobe brand digital clamp meter models ACD-10PRO, ACD-10 TRMS-PRO, ACD-14 and ACD-14TRMS, except those model numbers followed by "FX" or "PLUS," are included in the recall. "Amprobe" and the model numbers are printed on the front of the units. These clamp meters measure 0 to 600 volts alternating current (VAC), and 0 to 600 volts direct current (VDC). In addition, they measure 0 to 400 amps alternating current. The tester body is red and grey and measures 7-1/2 inches in length by 2-1/2 inches in width by 1-1/4 inches thick. Read more.

The item numbers are located on the back of the packaging above the barcode. Toy sets sold prior to January 2006 are not included in this recall. The recalled product is a boy's cotton canvas jacket made exclusively for children in sizes 18M to size 6Y. It has style number 93196 written on the inside care label. The recalled product is a 15-foot white extension cord with green wrap-around green label with bold red and white lettering. The label reads "15 Ft HOUSEHOLD EXTENSION CORD." The "UL" symbol appears on the label. The cord has a silver UL holographic trademark tag, with "07/99, BV-7582, 13A 125V, 1875 W" printed on it. The cord is marked: SPT-2, 16AWGX2C, VW-1, 60o C. The recall involves Ryobi-brand router tables, with model number RT101, which is written on the table's data plate, located on its front leg. These tables were sold as part of the Ryobi combo kits with model numbers R161RTA and R162RTA. The combo kit model number is written on the packaging. A router table holds the router underneath the table. Instead of moving the router over the wood, the table allows the user to guide the wood for cutting. The throat plates are components of the table that consist of five yellow plastic rings. They serve as a guide for the router bit and provide a stable surface around the bit. Read more.

This recall involves the Weber® Genesis® 320™ Series gas grills which are designed to be used with either natural gas or with liquid propane gas tanks, and are equipped with a flush-mounted side burner accessory. The gas hose is made of stainless steel. The grills are sold in stainless steel and in black, blue or green porcelain enamel. All serial numbers begin with the prefix "DI".
