The recall involves the brass water tap on the Big Game Hunters Mud Kitchen, a children's outdoor play kitchen made of untreated and unpainted natural wood. The Mud Kitchen was sold in two styles - Single and Triple (a/k/a XL). The Single Mud Kitchen includes a plastic wash tub, plastic water dispenser, pretend stove, slide-out counter and a brass water tap (to attach a garden hose) and is 43.25 inches wide (56 inches with counter fully extended), 16.5 inches deep and 36 inches tall. The Triple (a/k/a XL) Mud Kitchen additionally includes two cabinets with doors, two additional pretend burners and controls for the pretend stove, a water dispenser, and two storage shelves, and is 32 inches wide (44 inches with counter fully extended), 18 inches deep and 34.5 inches tall. A five-digit lot code is located on the outer packaging. The first two digits of the lot code are LO, the third and fourth digits are numbers, and the last digit is the letter O or P. Read more.

This recall involves Blue's Clues Foot to Floor Ride-on Toys. The ride-on toy is made with plush light blue fabric with spots and is in the shape of the cartoon dog character Blue's Clues. The ride-on toy has four wheels and has handlebars tucked behind the dog's ears. The ride-on toy is intended for toddlers 1-1/2 to 3 years old. The model number is 55061 with the date codes of 15221,15921, 19921, 21021, 22321, 23721, 26821, 28821 or 29421. The date code and model number are on the label located under the body of the product near the sound unit and battery door. Read more.

This recall involves two (2) white ceramic pulleys, with the marking Cabrinha on each of the pulleys, on the Cabrinha® Switchblade and Drifter Kites for kite surfing with model number 02 and serial numbers beginning with one of the following: 61NI, 61NJ, 61NK, 61NL, 62NA, 62NB, 62NC, C11G, C11H, C11K. The model and serial numbers are on the outer box containing the kites, on the hangtags of the kites and on the trailing edge of the kite's label. The packaging for the kites does not have a green dot on the hangtag and outer shipping box. The recall includes two white ring ceramic pieces/guides (two per kite). Read more.

This recall involves Kidoozie Ice Castle Tent, King Size Medieval Castle, My Clubhouse, Pirate Den Playhouse, Pop Up Theater Tent, Pop Up Theater Tent (Red), Princess Hideaway Playhouse and Royal Castle Playhouse tents and playhouses. The tents and playhouses are made of nylon and mesh and sold with a nylon storage bag. All of the tents and playhouses, except the King Size Medieval Castle, measure about 36 inches squared width and about 54 inches high. The King Size Medieval Castle measures about 43 inches square width and about 55 inches high. "Epoch Everlasting Play" is written on a sewn-in label on the underside of the tent or playhouse. This recall involves the Box with Bins included in the Monti Kids' Level 5 of the Monti Kids Program subscription box. The box is made of wood and has three bins colored blue, red, and yellow. The toy measures approximately 13 x 5.5 x 5.5 inches and this recall includes toys with lot numbers 0D41 and 1A41. The lot number, along with the following text, can be found on the bottom of the toy: "Montessori designs, Ethically Made in Vietnam, and ASTM CPSIA Safety Certified," are printed on the underside of the box. This recall involves Primark wooden xylophone toys. They have pastel-colored metal xylophone bars and wooden percussion stick. It is intended for children 10 months and older. Read more.

This recall involves the Manhattan Toy Company's Activity Loops with model number 215210 and lot codes EAN or FCN. The recall applies to these two lot codes only. The model number and lot code can be found printed on the bottom of the dome shaped base. The loops are green, orange, blue and red and have moving rings and sliding soccer ball shapes. The toy has a suction cup bottom that adheres to non-porous flat surfaces. Read more.

This recall involves Jungle Jumparoo children's toys. The toys have a blue metal base, a black rubber tube, and two blue, green, red, and yellow vertical metal poles to hold onto when jumping. They measure 77 inches tall by 55 inches wide by 55 deep. Only the large Jungle Jumparoo toys are included in this recall. The Jungle Jumparoo logo and the phase "a wild way to bounce" are printed on the tube. Read more.
