This recall involves the Natural Sense foam blocks with cotton covers intended to be used as a mattress. The foam block was sold in the following sizes: June 25, 2009- Violation of Federal Mattress Flammability Standard Prompts Recall by Loyal Bedding of Mattress Sets
This recall involves all Loyal Bedding mattress sets (Mattresses and Mattresses with Foundations). They were sold in twin, full, queen, and king sizes. “Loyal Bedding” and “Classic Rest”, “Designer Collection”, or “Smart Loyal” are printed on a label at the foot of the top of the mattress. The recalled mattresses have a zipper cover over a foam core. The mattresses were sold in twin, full, queen, king and California king sizes. They were manufactured between November 30, 2007 and May 20, 2008. The mattress name, date of manufacture, model, and serial numbers are located on label attached to the mattress. Only specific serial numbers are included in the recall. The recalled mattresses are listed in the chart below. June 5, 2008- Simmons Kids Recalls Crib Mattresses Due to Entrapment Hazard
The recalled mattresses involve open coil crib mattresses manufactured between July 1, 2006 and March 23, 2008 with a color label attached to the top or side of the mattress that has the following model names: August 23, 2007- CPSC, Stokke Announce Recall of Sleepi Crib Foam Mattresses Due to Entrapment Hazard
Only oval shaped Sleepi cribs with foam mattresses sold under the following model numbers are the subject of this recall: 660321, 660320, 660301,660305, 660318, 652268, 652269, 652246, 652247 and 652248. The cribs were sold in a variety of colors, including white, walnut, natural, cherry and whitewash. The model number can be found on the packaging and underside of the crib. October 19, 2006- Dux Interiors Protective Mattress Covers Recalled for Fire Hazard
