This recall involves 41 models of Hunter lighting fixtures from the Devon Park, Astwood, Highland Hill, Kerrison, and Van Nuys lighting collections. The model number can be found on a label behind the light when removed from the wall. The lights were sold with single, 2, 3, 4 and 5-light fixtures and in various finishes including brushed and polished nickel, Onyx black, Alturas gold, Distressed white and rust. This recall involves Miffy First Lights with a blue color label on the bottom. The lights are about 12 inches tall and are made from silicone and have a white exterior in the shape of a rabbit. The LED light has a step dimmer and USB charger. The model number Mr LED 11 or Mr. LED 11A is printed on the blue-colored label on the bottom of the light. The recalled lights were produced in 2017 and 2018. The production year is embossed in a circle on the bottom right foot of the light; a "7" on the right side of the arrow represents 2017 and an "8" on the right side of the arrow represents 2018. This recall involves five models of children's projector flashlights: Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Avengers and ESPN. They have a key chain on one end and a flashlight projector on the other end. The model name is imprinted on the middle of the flashlight. The flashlights are red, dark blue or light blue. They measure 3 inches long and .5 inches in diameter. The recalled flashlights were part of a Disney-branded care package that also includes a tote bag, silicone wristband, playing cards, ink pen, journal, wall decals and a set of postcards. This recall involves the LEDU Black Matte Fluorescent Computer Task Lamps Model L283MB. The lamp case housing measures approximately 3.5 inches in height and 1.5 inches in width and 1.875 inches in depth. The model number is printed on the packaging. This recall involves metal CFMK H-Brackets that are screwed into the ceiling and used to surface mount CPANL LED fixtures. The CFMK Bracket was included as an optional mounting accessory with 1x4, 2x4 and 2x2 CPANLs sold by retailers and was available as a separate accessory for CPANL LEDs sold by commercial distributors. This recall involves Stacked Gourd Jack-O-Lantern decorations. The 12-inch Jack-O-Lantern is hand-painted resin and has battery-operated LED string lights inside the product. This recall involves solar-powered, motion-activated outdoor LED light fixtures sold under the All-Pro and Defiant brands. The model number is displayed on the interior of the fixture. The Defiant MST1000LWDF, All-Pro MST800L, and All-Pro MST800LW all have two light sources on top of a housing with a round motion sensor on the bottom of that housing. The All-Pro WPS2040M has a flat housing with the LED light source in the center of the housing and an integrated motion sensor lens and dimmer above the motion sensor.
