The benches are made of acacia wood with SKU 400037765413 and manufacturer style number GB1F printed on a hangtag attached to the bench. The acacia wood benches measure 39” wide, 20” deep and 36” high. November 13, 2008- Lighted Showcases Recalled by Seventh Avenue Due to Fire Hazard
The 5 tier lighted showcase has a curved metal tubular frame with vertical rods, a circular metal top and bottom with a painted gold tone and black finish. A 12-watt light is attached under the top shelf. The unit also has three round glass shelves. The showcase measures about 59 inches high and 10 ½ inches wide. September 30, 2008- IKEA Recalls to Repair Chest of Drawers Due to Laceration Hazard
The recalled KVIBY Chest is white with 4 drawers and 6 glass knobs. The recall includes chests with article number 201-080-90 and a date stamp of 0817 (first two digits indicate the year; the second two digits indicate the week) or earlier. The article number and date stamp are located on a label attached to the underside of the chest. KVIBY chests with a date stamp of 0818 and later have improved replacement knobs and screws and are not included in the recall. This recall involves Best Value park benches with a green metal frame and wooden slats. The benches measure 50-inches long by 22-inches wide by 30-inches high. December 5, 2006- The Land of Nod Recalls Furniture Due to Lead Paint Hazard
The recall includes the following furniture and item numbers. The item number can be found on a label located on the back of the product. The shelf kits include one shelf and two shelf supports for use in the Low Rider Bookcase, the Double-Door Armoire or the District 28 Armoire. April 11, 2006- Yamaha Corp. of America Recalls Bench Sold with Digital Piano Due to Collapse Hazard
The YDP213 Digital Piano is black with a black and white keyboard and brown trim. The bench is black with a cushioned seat. White stick-on labels on the underside of the bench give the assembly instructions and references several requirements. All labels have Yamaha written on them. The serial number and "Made in China" is stamped on the underside of the seat. The YDP213 Digital Piano and BC-104DR(U) Keyboard Bench are sold together with the bench boxed within the piano box. The model number of the bench appears only on the box within the piano box and not on the bench itself. April 6, 2006- Computer Desk Set Sold at Office Depot Recalled Due to Risk of Falls
The recalled three piece set includes a desk, computer stand and chair. Model number NF913232 is located on the product's box. The chair in the office set is gray with a black seat and a silver tubular metal frame. May 17, 2005- Ethan Allen Recall of Two Dining Tables
Recalled tables can be identified by a visual inspection of the underside of the table, looking for the presence of eight wooden blocks. If the wooden blocks are present, no corrective action is needed (see photos below). May 12, 2005- PBteen Recall for Replacement of Glass Drawer Knobs

This recall includes Byer of Maine TriLite Stools shipped between February 19, 2004 and June 16, 2004. The affected stools are only those that have been produced in China, specifically those that bear the Byer of Maine logo screen printed in silver ink on the plastic leg hub (see image below). |
