This recall includes all 10-, 30- and 60-mililiter amber glass bottles of wintergreen and birch essential oils sold prior to April 15, 2019. This recall includes all 1- and 2-ounce clear glass bottles of wintergreen and birch essential oils purchased prior to April 15, 2019. The label on each bottle displays Artizen Oils' logo and the name of the product. Read more.

This recall involves two models of the Greenwood-branded propane torches. The torches with no igniter have SKU number 61589 and the torches with a push button igniter have SKU number 61595. The torches have a steel nozzle, a flow valve, a blue grip and a black or orange hose. The SKU number is printed on a sticker located on the pipe that leads to the nozzle on the product packaging and on the manual. Only propane torches that do not have markings on the handles or brass knobs are included in this recall. Read more.

This recall involves Flame King, Little Kamper and U-Haul refillable propane cylinders used with outdoor appliances. The serial numbers are printed on the foot ring of the cylinder. The brand logo and size is printed on the front of the cylinder. This recall involves gas station hose and swivel fitting sets used with gas station nozzles to dispense or transfer refined fuels such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends and biodiesel blends. The sets are made of at least one metal swivel fitting attached to ¾-inch or 1-inch FLEX-ING™ brand FLEX-ON™ Hardwall, Marina and Softwall hoses. The attached hoses were sold in varying lengths. The size in inches and millimeters, and part number 559N or 559NMP are printed on the sidewall of the hoses. Hardwall hoses were sold in the colors black, blue, green, red and yellow, and have "FLEX-ING FLEX-ON HW FR PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS" printed on the sidewall. Marina hoses were sold in the color green and have "2 BD. STYLE BC MARINA GASOLINE" on the sidewall. Softwall hoses were sold in the color black and have "FLEX-ING FLEX-ON SILVER SW PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS" on the sidewall. This recall involves under-odorized propane gas (LP) delivered to consumers for use in storage tanks or sold at retail locations for use in portable refillable tanks (for use in recreational vehicles, barbeques, stoves and other appliances). The two recalled ceramic mugs are the Pastor's Wife model #18208, and the Serve with Gladness model #18209. The Pastor's Wife mug is cream color on the outside and teal on the inside with the phrase "Pastor's Wife" on one side and "We Always Thank God and Pray For You" on the other side. The Serve with Gladness mug is cream color inside and outside with the phrase "Serve with Gladness" on one side and "Anyone who loves is a child of God" inside a multicolored floral arrangement on the other side. Model number 18208 or 18209 is printed on a UPC sticker on the bottom of the mug. Read more.

This recall involves large and small round tabletop torches that have a wick and burn liquid citronella fuel. The large torches have a steel fuel container covered in multi-colored glass in a mosaic pattern. The large torch measures about 10 inches in diameter, 5 inches high, and weighs about 2 ½ pounds. The small torches have multi-colored glass fuel container with a metal and wire stand. They measure about 5 inches in diameter, 5½ inches high and weigh about one pound. "Table Top Torch distributed by Big Lots, Inc." and item #DC12-21111 (large torch) or Item #DC10-20160 (small torch) is printed on a yellow label on the bottom of the large torch and on a hang tag on the small torch. The recalled Manchester Tank & Equipment Company cylinders included in the recall were manufactured January through September 2012. The date of manufacture is printed on the collar by month and year, so "6 * 12" represents June 2012. The name Manchester and the water capacity "WC238#" are also pressed into the collar. These gray 100-pound DOT propane cylinders measure about 41" high and about 15" in diameter. Manchester 100-pound propane cylinders with a green dot on the hand-wheel on the top of the cylinder are not included in the recall.

This recall involves pourable gel fuels packaged in 30-ounce plastic bottles and sold with or without citronella oil. The words "Fireside," "Gel Fuel," "Evergreen" and "Flag & Garden" are on the container labels. The bottles were sold by the case in quantities of 12. The gel fuel is poured into a stainless steel or ceramic cup in the center of ceramic or glass firepots or other decorative lighting devices and ignited.
