Recalls: Coffee Makers or Teapots

This recall involves Keurig® MINI Plus Brewing System with model number K10 (previously identified as model number B31). Recalled brewers have an identification number starting with "31" followed by a range of numbers printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the brewer. They are single-serve, hot beverage brewers and were sold in 13 different colors with silver trim. Colors include black, red, white, cobalt blue, aqua blue, purple, platinum, emerald, yellow, orchid, bayberry, mauve and poinciana. The recalled brewers measure about 11 inches tall, have a "Brew" button, three cup size brewing options (6 oz., 8 oz. and 10 oz.), and a removable drip tray. The water tank is located on top of the unit towards the back. K10 is marked on the packaging. This recall involves Bodum® rose gold Chambord locking lid 8-cup glass coffee presses. The coffee press glass carafe, screen and plunger are held in place by a metal frame which is rose gold-colored with a black molded plastic base. Consumers put ground coffee and hot water in the glass carafe and push the plunger and screen down through the water to brew coffee. The coffee presses are 10 inches high by about 4 inches in diameter. The coffee press has a locking lid. Bodum is printed on the glass carafe. Bodum and SKU number 11029732 are printed on a white label on the bottom of the base. Bodum and Made in Portugal are embossed on the bottom of the black plastic base. Read more.

The recalled coffee maker is designed to mount under a cabinet. It is available in white or black and has the words "BLACK and DECKER® SPACEMAKER™" printed in the top right-hand corner of the product. The coffeemakers have a digital time display in the top left corner and five round buttons above the water reservoir for programming. The 12-cup coffee pots are glass with a molded handle the same color as the machine and a silver metallic bracket running around the glass near the bottom. The model number is printed on the underside of the coffeemaker, directly below the water reservoir. Model number SDC 740 was previously recalled with other eight models in 2012. After the recall announcement, an additional 641 units continued to be sold. Read more.

This recall involves Jerdon Style model CM12B one-cup coffee makers, with date code 1217. The coffee makers are black and have an oval, red indicator light above the on/off switch. The coffee maker brews a single, eight to 12-ounce cup of coffee. The phrases "FIRST CLASS" and "JERDON" are printed in white letters on the front of the product. The model and date code are imprinted on a nameplate located on the bottom of the coffeemaker.

The recalled coffeemaker comes in black with silver, red or white trim. It stands about 11 inches tall and has a Brew Now /Off button and a removable drip tray. This recall involves Gevalia, Maxwell House and Nabob brand espresso T Discs. The T Discs are plastic discs filled with coffee that are inserted into Tassimo coffee makers to brew single cups of hot espresso drinks. They were sold in packages of eight or 16 espresso T Discs. T Discs with codes ending with 11213 through 12020 are included in this recall. The code is printed on the T Disc’s foil lid and on the side of the package. Read more.

This recall involves Tassimo brewers with the Bosch brand name and Tassimo Professional brewers. The brewers use plastic T Discs that are filled with coffee or tea to brew hot drinks. “BOSCH” and “TASSIMO” are printed on the front of the brewers. “TASSIMO PROFESSIONAL” is printed on the front of the professional model. The Bosch-brand brewers were sold in black, white, anthracite, gray, silver, red, titanium and white/gray colors. The Tassimo Professional brewers were only sold in black. This recall involves FÖRSTÅ coffee/tea makers sold in sizes 0.4 and 1 liters. The coffee/tea maker is a press pot comprising a handmade clear glass pot, metal holder and black plastic top and handle. Coffee/tea makers included in this recall have supplier number 20325, "IKEA" and "Made in China" etched on the bottom of the metal holder. Read more.

The recalled product is a Rachael Ray™ brand two quart teakettle. The teakettle has a stainless steel lid with a black handle and comes in four body colors: orange, blue, green and yellow.
