This recall conducted by White Tiger involves red and blue folding director’s chairs with white frames. “Garden Treasures” is printed on the chair’s packaging. September 1, 2009- OfficeMax Recalls Office Chairs Due to Fall Hazard
The recall involves OfficeMax Task Chairs with model numbers OM182 and OM96614. The model number is located under the chair’s seat on a white UPC label. The chairs are charcoal or dark charcoal in color and have black plastic arms and a rolling plastic and metal base. July 16, 2009- Butterfly Chairs Recalled by Hobby Lobby Stores Due to Fall Hazard
This recall involves brown leather butterfly chairs with copper tubing legs. The leather seat has stitching similar to baseball stitching. Item# MI-1007 and PO#9073513 are printed on the front of the hang tag. April 9, 2009- Ross Stores Recalls Folding Patio Chairs Due to Fall Hazard
The folding wooden patio chairs are made of eucalyptus. SKU 400037791757 and manufacturer style number KTOT-1638-ROS are printed on a hangtag attached to the chair. March 18, 2009- Human Touch Recalls Perfect Chair to Fix Screw Drive Due to Entanglement Hazard
This recall involves chair model numbers PC-095, PC-3, PC-7, and PC-9 that have an “open screw” drive or a “dual cover” screw drive and that were sold prior to September 2007. Screws that are fully covered (the “quad cover”) are not subject to this recall. See Attachment A. January 27, 2009- Lane Home Furnishings Recalls Glider Recliners Due to Fall Hazard
The recall involves Lane’s Glider Recliners, model numbers 2056 and 2085. Affected recliners have a manufacture date between June 2008 and October 2008. The model number, manufacture date and 9-digit serial number can be located beneath the footrest of the recliner. January 13, 2009- Cheyenne Industries Recalls Vanity Stools Due to Fall Hazard
This recall involves the Milan Vanity Stool Model GBS57A. The stools are rectangular benches sitting about 18 inches off the ground, with fabric-covered seat cushions and metal frames. UPC Code 0-50276-85472-2 is printed on the identification tag on the underside of the seat cushion. Only stools using four screws to hold the stool legs to a foot ring are impacted by this recall. This recall involves all Contessa chairs shipped prior to June 30, 2008.
