March 26, 2009- Outerwears Inc. Recalls Filters Used in Fuel Funnels Due to Fire Hazard
These filters are used to fuel-up off-road and racing vehicles. The recall involves Outerwears Funnel Pre-Filters, or fuel funnel pre-filters, with the model numbers 20-2465-03, 20-2466-03, 20-2467-03, and 20-2474-03. The red fabric mesh filters were available in two sizes, small and large, and in two different shapes to accommodate various sizes of fueling funnels.
