December 14, 2005- Celebrate Express Inc. Recall of Magic Party Favors and Costume Shield
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Celebrate Express Inc., of Kirkland, Wash. is voluntarily recalling about 21,100 magic party favors and 25,500 costume shields. The magic party favors and the dragon ornament on the shield could break or crack, exposing sharp points that present a possible laceration hazard to children.
December 14, 2005 - Maxim Enterprise Inc. Recall of Mini Learning Cube Toy Sold at Target
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Maxim Enterprise Inc. of Lakeville, Mass., and Target of Minneapolis, Minn., are voluntarily recalling about 12,000 Little Tree Mini Learning Cubes. Small wooden pegs in the top corners of the toy can come loose posing a choking hazard to young children.
November 10, 2005 - American Greetings Corporation Recall of Fairy Wand Party Favors
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American Greetings Corporation, of Cleveland, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling about 14,200 DesignWare® Fairy Wand packages containing four wands each. The fairy wand party favors can break apart, exposing sharp wires that pose a laceration hazard to children.
April 13, 2005- Zebco Recall of Childrens Fishing Poles
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), W.C. Bradley/Zebco Holdings Inc. doing business as Zebco, of Tulsa, Okla. is voluntarily recalling about 1.5 million Childrens Fishing Poles. The paint on the rods of these fishing poles contains lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
March 3, 2005- QSP, Inc. Recall of Flying Saucer Toys
February 25, 2005- Dollar Tree Stores Inc. Recall of Electronic Musical Toys
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Dollar Tree Stores Inc., of Chesapeake, Va. is recalling about 147,600 “Toy Tunes” Electronic Musical Toys. The ball on the end of the drumstick sold with these toys can break off during use, posing a choking hazard to young children.
February 15, 2005- Wal-Mart Stores Recall of Reef Rocker Infant Toys
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Wal-Mart Stores Inc., of Bentonville, Ark. is recalling about 54,260 Reef Rocker infant toys. The seam on the plastic balls can separate, releasing the small toy inside and posing a choking hazard to young children.
September 9, 2004- Hasbro Inc. Recall of Monster Rockets
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Hasbro Inc., of Pawtucket, R.I. is voluntarily recalling about 230,000 Super Soaker Monster Rockets. The cap on the water tank can unexpectedly and forcibly project off when it is quickly unscrewed from the tank, posing a risk of impact injuries to users or bystanders. In addition, the rockets tail can strike a user or bystander on descent, if the rocket is not fully launched, posing a risk of injury.
March 30, 2004- Babies "R" Us and Playwell Recall of Snail Push Toys
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Babies R Us of Wayne, NJ. , is voluntarily recalling Snail Push Toys. The screw securing the toy handle to the push toy could detach, posing a choking hazard.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), PlayWell Toy Company, is voluntarily recalling PlayWell Crayola® Activity Cubes. Small parts can detach from the cube, posing a choking hazard to small children.
January 26, 2004- Curiosity Kits Inc. Recall of Discovery Kids Pottery Wheel Kits Sold at Discovery Channel Stores
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Curiosity Kits Inc. of Hunt Valley, Md., is voluntarily recalling about 150 Discovery Kids Imaginative Arts Pottery Wheel Kits. The brown clay contained in the Pottery Wheel kits could contain excess levels of bacteria, posing a risk of illness to users.
December 29, 2003- Avon Products Inc. Recall to Repair Jack-In-the-Box Toys
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), The Learning Journey International, L.L.C., of Phoenix, Ariz. and Avon are voluntarily recalling 56,000 Jack-In-the-Box toys. A spring mechanism attached to the lid can break and detach from the toy, posing a choking hazard to young children.
