May 31, 2005 - ITECH Recall of Hockey Goalie Masks and Replacement Wires
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Mission-ITECH Hockey, of Kirkland, Quebec, Canada, is voluntarily recalling about 5,000 ITECH Profile 2100, 1100 and 8.0 hockey goalie masks and ITECH RP607 and RP609 goalie mask replacement wires. The metal wire on these products could break at or near a weld point, exposing a hockey goalie to facial injuries.
November 19, 2002- Compound Bows Recalled by Bear Archery LLC
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Bear Archery LLC, of Gainesville, Fla., is voluntarily recalling about 2,250 compound bows. The limbs of these bows can break during use, causing impact injuries to consumers.
November 7, 2002- Skateboard Ramp Recalled by Gen-X Sports Incorporated
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Gen-X Sports Inc., of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is voluntarily recalling about 88,000 skateboard ramps. The ramps can crack causing users to fall and suffer injuries.
April 24, 2001- ASICS TIGER Recall of Wrestling Ear Guards
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), ASICS TIGER Corp., of Irvine, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 60,000 ear guards used in wrestling. The plastic protective shell of these guards can break when it is hit against a hard surface, resulting in impact injuries to the wrestler's head.

In cooperation with the U.S. ConsumerProduct Safety Commission (CPSC), Rubbermaid Inc., ofWooster Ohio, is recalling about 60,800 Icy RiderTMToboggans. The flexible, bowed front of the toboggan canbreak away while in use, causing loss of control and injury.
