December 13, 2005 - Kids II Inc. Recall of Doorway Baby Jumpers
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Kids II Inc., of Alpharetta, Ga. is voluntarily recalling about 14,000 Bounce Bounce Baby! Door Jumpers. The plastic clamp that attaches the jumper seat to a door frame can break, which can cause the unit and child to fall to the floor. This poses an injury hazard to young children.

The plastic clamp that attaches the jumper seat to a door frame can break, which can cause the unit to fall to the floor. This poses an injury hazard to young children.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), E and I Inc., of Bancroft, Idaho, is recalling about 4,000 Bungee Baby Bouncers. The device allows a baby to bounce while supported in a harness or "belly band" by an elastic "bungee cord," suspended from a doorway. Knots tied in the black rope that supports the bouncer can unravel, causing the baby to fall.
