The performance fleece-lined shell jackets are hooded, zip in the front, and have a drawstring at the waist. The jackets were sold in black or blue in multiple children’s sizes. “Old Navy” is printed on a label at the neck. Style number 507907 is printed on a white label sewn into the side seam of the jacket. The recalled hooded zip-up sweatshirts are for Boys 8-20 and were made under the “Burnside” brand. The sweatshirts came in boys’ sizes small, medium, large and X-large and have various designs on the front. The recalled models have “RN # 39209” printed on the tag. This recall involves “Miss Attitude” girls bath robes with GPU #5500-K660504 (Solid purple with frog and rainbow appliqué) and GPU # 5500-K660474 (Pink Leopard print) and “URIT” boys bath robes with GPU # 5500-K660495 (Blue solid with sport appliqué) and GPU# 5500-K660496 (Green camouflage print). “URIT,” “Miss Attitude,” and the GPU# can be found in the tags sewn in the center back neck of the garment. The recall includes Girls “Zippity Hoodie” (style GHZCOLL) and Girls “Sherpa Full Zip Hoodie” (style GHZBASH) children’s sweatshirts. Style numbers are printed on the hang tag of the garments. The sweatshirts are brown, pink or light blue and “Life is Good” is printed on the front of the sweatshirts. The sweatshirts were sold in children’s sizes small to large. The hat is a nylon bucket-shaped hat with mesh sides. There are nylon fabric strips on the side of the hat that snap up. The front of the hat has a zipper pocket with a silver boat-anchor appliqué with embroidered text below. The hat adjusts with a bungee drawstring sewn in the crown of the hat. The two Basic Edition-brand girls' sets have fully tunneled waist drawstrings and two-fer style layered shirts. One set has a light green screen print top with "Varsity Club Winning Attitude" text, over a white shirt, paired with turquoise cuff shorts. The second set has an orange screen print top with "Paradise University Girls Club" text, over a white shirt paired with light green knit shorts. Both sets were sold in the following girls' sizes: 4/5, 6/6X, 7/8, and 10/12. June 14, 2007- Choking Hazard Prompts Nordstrom Recall of Children's Jackets
The recalled jackets were sold in infant, toddler and youth sizes. They are navy-colored and long-sleeved. They have a zipper-front with the flag of England embroidered on the left shoulder and an "England" patch on the left chest. There are two zipper front pockets in addition to the zipper front. The paper party hats involved in this recall measure 6.5-inches high by 4.5-inches wide and are cone shaped. The blue paper hats have "1st" printed on the front and blue foil fringe glued to the bottom. June 7, 2007- Personalized Infant Long Johns Recalled by Personal Creations Due to Choking Hazard
The recalled Baby Long Johns are red with snap fasteners down the front and along the legs. A personalized embroidery is stitched across the button-up back flap on the long johns. The long johns were sold in sizes 6, 12, 18 and 24 months. May 17, 2007- Mervyns Recalls Children's Capri Pants Due to Choking Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Mervyn's Stores
The recalled pants are Ellemenno brand Capri pants sold in girls' sizes 4, 5, 6, 6X, 7 and 8. The pants were sold in a variety of colors including light grey, tan, coral and light aqua blue. The pants are made of 100% cotton poplin and have a snap at the cuff, the waist band and on the pockets of the pants. Inside of the waistband are two clear buttons and a strip of enclosed elastic for adjusting the fit of the pants. "VN 69047" is printed on the product care label located inside the waist of the pants. |
