The recalled jackets and hoodies have a drawstring through the hood. They were sold in children’s sizes 2 through 12. The jackets were sold in the following colors: tan, stone, bayou blue, crisp blue, white, berry, and citrus. The hoodies were sold in teal, kiwi, mandarin, aloe green, paprika, hibiscus, smokey blue, white, sherbet, cobalt, and stone. This recall involves long- and short-sleeved pajama sets. The sets have a blue shirt with a red screen print that reads “Athletics 90” and coordinating camouflage pants. The boy’s “Champ Custom” hooded zip fleece sweatshirt (style # 40305.HZB) is white with blue pin-stripes on the front and red panels on the sides. ADIO is spelled out across the front. The recalled plastic rain ponchos were sold in yellow or blue and have a drawstring in the hood. Japanese lettering is printed on the packaging. April 24, 2008- Infant Santa Outfits Recalled by Avon Products Due to Choking Hazard; Sold in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands
This recall involves the 2006 and 2007 Santa Outfits with RN# 120273. The 2006 Santa Outfit includes a red hat decorated with a white pom pom and a red one-piece suit with white collar and cuffs, and stitched black belt and boots. The 2007 Santa Outfit includes a red hat decorated with a white pom pom, a red and white-striped bodysuit with a Santa Claus face on the chest, red overall pants with suspenders, and a red bib with Santa Claus face on top. Two snaps fasten the bodysuit at the shoulder and three snaps fasten the suit between the legs. The outfits were sold in sizes 3-18 months. “RN# 120273” is printed on the care label. This recall involves Micros boys’ 100% cotton jackets. The hooded sweatshirts have a drawstring through the hood. They were sold in black with a peace sign patch and a “MCC Micros” patch on the chest, silver with a silver stitched design on the front, and gray with skulls on the front. Style numbers BZAT 718 (Black) / BZAT 722 (Silver) / BZAT 724 (Dark Gray) are printed on a label sewn into the jacket’s inner side seam. |
